Upholstery Cleaning:

Our experienced technicians will be able to quickly identify the upholstery fabric and stain and apply an appropriate pretreatment. They then will apply a mild treatment that will loosen the fabric and leave the hidden dirt and soil vulnerable to extraction. A hot water rinse is used to force the exposed dirt and soil from the fabric. The final application is a cool rinsing agent that rinses any remaining dirt and cleaning residue. The rinsing agent leaves your fabric looking and smelling fresh and new. Our experienced technicians can tackle any difficult stain, including pet odor and dander. At Elite we care as much about your family as we do our own. We use the safest cleaning agents on the market to protect your love ones like ours. It is still not safe to let your kids and pets on the item that has been cleaned until it is fully dry because it will allow the item to soil much faster if it is not dry. It is always better to let the item fully dry.

Open Area Cleaning Process:

1.  Per Inspection: This step lets our technicians get a good look at your carpet. Here we look carefully for thing like stains, high traffic areas, pet problems and damage. We like to do this with the home owner whenever possible to point out potential problems.
2. Pre-Spray: This helps to break down soil in high traffic areas and spots you may not even see. We use solutions that are safe for your family and pets whenever possible, (sometimes certain stains or areas need a stronger solution) however the solution is always rinsed out in the Steam Cleaning Process.
3. Pre-Spot: A special solution is used to help remove those spots that may not come clean with out a little extra help.
4. Pre-Scrub: (As Needed) Now we use a carpet groomer to agitate the solution into the carpet. This lets the solution to get down deep into the carpet fibers for soiled areas. 
5. Steam Cleaning and Rinse: We use very powerful high heat(220+ degrees) truck mounted equipment to thoroughly rinse your carpet and remove the Pre-Spray solution, soil, grease, water and anything else left behind.
6. Post-Grooming: (As Needed) This helps to stand the pile of your carpet up so it will dry faster and leaves it looking nice and fluffy.
7. Post Inspection: Our technician will walk through home to make sure that the carpet looks great. If anything does not look 100% perfect we will do what ever it takes to make you happy.
   

Elite Package Cleaning Process:

4. Pre-Spray: This helps to break down soil in high traffic areas and spots you may not even see. We use solutions that are safe for your family and pets whenever possible, (sometimes certain stains or areas need a stronger solution) however the solution is always rinsed out in the Steam Cleaning Process.
